On Friday, the 2nd of July 2010, QCAT made a decision regarding the matters concerning my administration of a Power of Attorney.

I sought the leave of the tribunal to resign my Power of Attorney. Leave was granted and the Adult Guardian has taken over responsibility for the adult.

The hearing date for later this month has been cancelled, and no other matters are before the tribunal.

It was always going to be the case that this matter could be resolved through mediation. This was certainly made clear to the LNP hierarchy; in fact a group of men from the LNP asked me to seek a mediated outcome three days before disendorsing me.

Now that this particular matter has been settled by the tribunal, I am looking forward to rebuilding my career and reputation.

Over the next few weeks I will make announcements on what I am doing in life now that this particular matter has been settled.

There is no secret that the brutal LNP boys club never supported my candidacy. The reality is this; I plan on staying around in the LNP and holding those men to account for their actions.
